Most charitable deal: City firm Fladgate Fielder acted for an unnamed Swiss charity on its 53 million purchase of the Unipart headquarters in Oxford.
Eversheds acted for Unipart.
Funding was provided by Morgan Stanley and the Bank of Scotland, advised by Denton Wilde Sapte and Underwood & Co respectively.
Most consulted deal: Linklaters is acting for the network of PricewaterhouseCoopers firms on the 2.3 billion sale of its consulting business to IBM, advised by US firms Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Most gaseous deal: M4 corridor firm Morgan Cole advised the 340 shareholders of GasForce - the former commercial service and maintenance division of British Gas - on its 22 million sale to Connaught, advised by Burges Salmon in Bristol.
Most pre-fab deal: East Anglian firm Mills & Reeve advised O&H Group on its 40 million sale of 100 acres of land to Ikea - represented by Lovells - for the development of a national distribution centre.
The project also involves highway works costing 7 million, funded by O&H as part of an agreement with Peterborough City Council.
Most leveraged deal: Lovells acted for CIBC World Markets on its arrangement of debt facilities to support the leveraged buy-out of food and drink wholesalers BWG Group, advised by Irish firm A&L Goodbody.
A special purpose vehicle was incorporated for the transaction, which was supported by Electra Partners Europe - represented by Ashurst Morris Crisp.
Most developed deal: Nabarro Nathanson advised the London Development Agency on its agreement with the Development Securities and Standard Life to construct the first phase of the Royals Business Park in London's Docklands, which is set to be the largest business park in Greater London.
Linklaters and Herbert Smith acted for Development Securities and Standard Life respectively.
Most counted deal: Berwin Leighton Paisner acted for accountancy group Numerica on its 1.1 million acquisition of the Thames Valley insolvency & business recovery practice of accountants Chantrey Vellacott DFK.
City firm Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw acted for all but one of the partners, who was advised by local firm Pitmans.
Numerica has also acquired the non-audit business of Southampton accountancy practice Burnett Swayne, advised by Bristol firm TLT, for 7.4 million.
Coolest deal: Surrey firm Mundays advised the shareholders of water cooler company Caledonian Coolers on its sale for an undisclosed sum to French company Pure Choice Watercoolers, advised by Dickinson Dees in Newcastle.
