Record-breaking deal: Canadian/UK firm Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul's London office advised Ripley Entertainment, a subsidiary of Canada's The Jim Pattison Group, on its purchase of The Guinness World Records from HIT Entertainment, for an undisclosed sum. Deal on fire: National firm Wragge & Co advised Gloucester County Council's fire and rescue service on a fire station private finance initiative (PFI) to create four new fire stations.
