With no pay for waiting, and lengthy lists, doing my dictation at court is often the only way in which I can get my cases properly prepared.
The justification for surrender is apparently that it is a recording device. I regularly point out that almost every telephone is also a recording device.
Can we please have some common sense applied here and the security companies advised that solicitors can bring these items into the building?
