Donns does bubbly in Paris bash

Some might suggest that Manchester law firm Donns is perhaps not doing its bit to cast off the profession's decadent image.

A press release, received last week, explains all: 'The celebrations just never stop at Donns Solicitors! To say thank you for all the hard work and a phenomenal year, which saw an increase of 23.7% in fee income on the previous year, senior partner Raymond Donn flew all the firm's partners to Paris on a private plane for lunch.' And the picture above confirms that it was a good-sized plane too.

Mr Donn's staff were no doubt thrilled to hear that 'although we had an early start, we had a fantastic day.

The champagne certainly kept flowing and of course we managed to fit in some shopping as well.'
