City firm Richards Butler is to open an office in Dubai. The firm, which has had a presence in Abu Dhabi for 30 years, has hired Sean Angle to head the new office. Mr Angle, who is a former resident managing partner of Trowers & Hamlins' Muscat office, said: 'Firms seeking to develop and support clients in the Middle East and the wider region have to recognise the ever-growing importance of Dubai.'
