As a matter of practice, can any conveyancer who supplies downloaded copy register entries and plans when submitting contract documentation please invest in a decent colour printer.

I am fed up with having to decipher - and supply to my purchasing client - black-and-white small-scale prints of filed plans that have been carelessly coloured with thick crayon or felt-tip. Often when acting for a buyer in this situation, we end up wasting time and money downloading our own copy filed plan to appear professional to the client. Colour laser printers cost little these days.
