Firms continue their ruck
Obiter is happy to stoke the already raging fire that is the rivalry in Cardiff between Eversheds and Morgan Cole.
It normally takes its form in an annual grudge rugby match for the 'ColeSheds Cup', which we reported last week was won by Morgan Cole (the 21-0 scoreline rather belying the claim by Eversheds' Paul Pugh that 'we wuz robbed').
Mr Pugh, pictured left, writes with contained anger, noting that in providing us with the details of his team's glorious victory, Morgan Cole captain Geraint Fowler (right) somehow forget to refer to a Clifford Chance corporate lawyer (known mysteriously as 'KI') who was allegedly 'seconded' to Morgan Cole for the match, as well as the ex-Welsh international who Mr Pugh says 'allegedly combines his dental career with work in Morgan Cole's "general office"'.
He is also quick to point out that Eversheds won the cup the last two years.
'Sour grapes?' he says.
'Roll on next year.'
