FIRSTep on the ladder to property sellingLondon-based solicitor property seller Michael Garson has become the latest to encourage solicitors to advertise property over the Internet.Mr Garson runs the Independent Property Selling Organisation (IPSO), a property-selling consultancy for law firms.

He is now launching 'FIRSTep', a Web service allowing solicitors to market their clients' properties to other solicitors and through the site to other Internet portals.IPSO will offer support services for firms.

Membership of IPSO costs 125 per fee-earner per year.The Solicitors Property Shop (www.sps.net), London Solicitors Property Services (www.lsps.co.uk) and Birmingham firm Armstrong Neal (www.new-pad.com) all aim to encourage solicitor property selling over the Internet.
