FOR THE RECORD ; ;I recently attended a course at a Manchester hotel run by a leading training provider entitled Obtaining a Criminal Contract. On arrival in the reception area, I aimed to locate the particular suite of rooms in which the course would be held. ;I was intrigued by a notice board listing the days activities within the hotel.
