Landlord and tenant

Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003, SI 2003:3096 Amends the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Part 2 and, among other things, provides that a tenancy to which Part 2 applies continues unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the act and enables the tenant to apply to the court for a new tenancy.

The order comes into force on 1 June 2004.
