The Law Society is seeking to appoint an advocacy chief assessor for the higher rights of audience qualification routes.
The successful candidate is likely to be appointed for a term of three years to work with the Society in ensuring that those seeking higher rights of audience are trained, developed and assessed to the required standard.
The successful candidate will also advise the Society as the profession moves, post-2005, to a single route to obtaining higher rights.
The successful candidate will have a professional legal qualification and will have already acquired higher rights of audience.
This person will also have a good understanding of the issues involved in the training and assessment of advocacy.
