London firm Constant & Constant is part of a consortium which has finalised a contract to advise the Electric Power Industry of Montenegro Joint Stock Company on the $645 million Moraca River project.
The firm has teamed up with PricewaterhouseCoopers as financial and economic adviser, and engineers Mott MacDonald.
The project, which will take at least four years to complete, involves the construction of four dams on the Moraca River to provide electrical power.

City firm DLA has been appointed by a property investment vehicle, The Focus Fund, to advise on its property investments.
The fund is a joint venture between the Universities Superannuation Scheme, advised by DLA, and Baring Houston & Saunders, advised by Macfarlanes.
