London firm Olswang and Bristol firm Burges Salmon have been added to the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) legal panel following a competitive tender.
City firms Simmons & Simmons and Nabarro Nathanson have been retained on the panel, while Denton Wilde Sapte has been dropped.City firm Field Fisher Waterhouse, south-coast firm Blake Lapthorn, and London and Manchester health firm Hempsons have won a competitive tender to join the legal panel for the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting.
Existing members of the panel include Penningtons, TLT, Ward Hadaway and Morgan Cole.

It is the only non-Irish law firm on the panel of Queen's University, Belfast, and won a tender to advise the universities of Hull and York in a joint venture to establish a medical school.
It has also been added to Cardiff University's panel, joining Edwards Geldard and Eversheds.
Martineau Johnson now acts for 13 universities.London firm Forsters has scooped the instruction to act for the City & Council of Swansea and the Welsh Development Agency on a major mixed-use development at Castle Quays in Swansea city centre.
