I should like to thank the London Young Solicitors Group and the 37 Group for donations made to the Law Society Charity following recent fund-raising efforts.

The charity is, as a result of the Clementi proposals, having to transform itself from simply a donor of funds to a fundraiser. It has made regular and substantial donations to a range of legal charities and also supports local law society initiatives. The charity is the only broad-based legal charity and looks to being the first port of call for charitable donations from the profession.
