Civil procedure

Civil Procedure Rules 1998 - update number 29, October 2002.

Except the new part 75 (Traffic Enforcement) and its accompanying practice direction, and the revocation of the County Court Rules, order 48B, which are both effective from 1 October, all other changes come into force on 2 December 2002.
