Who? Anthony Sakrouge, 40-year-old employment partner at Russell-Cooke in London.

Why is he in the news? Acts for Prince Harry's teacher Sarah Forsyth, who won a claim for unfair dismissal on grounds of capability against Eton this week. The tribunal found Ms Forsyth had been bullied and undermined by her head of department, and her complaint had not been investigated properly. Ms Forsyth had also claimed she was told to do some of the Prince's written work to help him pass AS-level art - a claim that the school denied. She secretly taped a conversation with Prince Harry in a bid to support her claim. However, the tribunal supported an earlier investigation by Edexcel that cleared all parties involved of cheating. The damages will be assessed at a separate hearing.

Background: Degree in arts, graduating in 1986, followed by a degree in law, graduating in 1989, at the University of Sydney in Australia. Qualified as an English solicitor in 1993 with Russell-Cooke.

Route to the case: Ms Forsyth was recommended to the firm through a friend.

Thoughts on the case: 'This was a very stressful case for my client to have brought, because of the connection to Prince Harry. Sarah also recorded a conversation of a key meeting with the head of department, which was a crucial part of her evidence.

'She never really wanted to play up that [Prince Harry] aspect of the case. It was not something that she ever brought to the media's attention. She wanted the tribunal to decide this, not the court of public opinion.

'It was not an easy situation for her to find herself in, when the main witnesses for Eton were the headmaster and deputy headmaster - two eminent witnesses with large reputations.'

Dealing with the media: 'We weren't playing the game at all with the media, so perhaps the reporting was not as balanced as it might have been. We wanted to make it clear to the tribunal that we were not briefing anyone.

'My client has not enjoyed the attention at all, and some nasty things were said about her in the press. I was approached by just about everybody, but mostly it has been a matter of not really commenting, because those were my client's instructions.'
