Lease Warning
City firm Nabarro Nathanson has produced a report claiming that landlords may be entering into lease agreements with mobile phone companies which could put the future development of their properties at risk.
The study, produced with specialist consultancy Telecom Estates, also claims that landlords - who can receive up to 75,000 a year from companies fitting installations to their buildings - often unknowingly enter into agreements which undervalue the use of space in their properties.
