We sent an application to change the register to Harrow District Land Registry on 17 January.
The charge certificate was dispatched to us on 18 January which was on the same day our application was received.
Surely this must be a record or equal to the record.We feel Harrow DLR deserves due congratulations and recognition for such alacrity.
