Is this the modern face of the bar? We are often told that the bar is changing, but the evidence from Selborne Chambers, the first new set in London for five years, is that this change is coming slowly.

The chambers was launched last week with 11 members, two clerks - all of whom are pictured here - and, let's not beat about the bush, there is a distinct lack of women.
