Helen Marshall, former head of forensic investigation in the enforcement division of the Financial Services Authority, is to join DLA as a partner in its financial regulatory group.
Insurance partner Hermes Marangos has left US firm Cozen O'Conner to join Clyde & Co, and boost the firm's Latin American team.
Assistants Kathleen Leslie and Andrew Tobin move with him.
Finance partner Graeme Carney has left SJ Berwin to join Hammonds.
Davies Arnold Cooper has made up four solicitors: Andrew Boulton and Lucinda Walsh (commercial property), and Ian Pease and Nicholas Taylor (construction and engineering).
In central London, Davenport Lyons has lured property partner Susan Haggard from Speechly Bircham.
In Sussex, Lewes-based Adams & Remers has two new partners.
Andrew Palik has left ASB Law to become head of litigation, while Alan Zeal has been promoted to partner in the firm's company/ commercial team.
