New products round-up
Beginning the round-up of all things new in the IT market is digital dictation company nFlow Software's integration modules for the CMS Open practice management system and DOCS Open management system.
The modules, developed in conjunction with City law firm, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, enable users to link client matter codes to an individual dictation with a single click of a mouse; and they can be supplied as standard add-ons to the nFlow DictaFlow.
The company said it was working on off-the-shelf modules for other popular legal office products.
Security Solutions provider C2SG has launched its Wincrypt 2.0 - document security software that enables lawyers to send sensitive documents that are unreadable to unauthorised users.
Using data encryption, the secure e-mail can only be accessed by holders of an agreed password.
A deal has been struck between professional services firm Interface Software and business systems integrator Kramer Lee that will see client relationship management (CRM) tool Interaction sold through Kramer in the UK, along with a CRM consultancy service.

'InfoMap' provides a map of the whole of Great Britain and features a postcode search tool and zoom facility.
New from WinScribe UK is the WinScribe Internet - claimed to be the first true Web-based digital dictation and workflow management solution.
The software is fully automated and provides a high-security solution for the delivery of voice files to any destination in the world over the Internet.
It is free of charge, supplied on CD, with customers paying for concurrent transcription licences and any peripherals required, such as input devices, foot controls and handsets.
Elite Information Services' latest offering, a portal-based document management system called Encompass version 1.5, is now available.
The version integrates with a range of third-party software, including mobile service provider Infoclarus, for document access via handheld PCs, and document comparison tool WorkShare Deltaview.
Electronic legal publisher Context will be able to offer users improved search facilities in its case report archive following implementation of GammaSite's automatic categorisation software, GammaWare.
The product automatically categorises documents using pre-defined subject terms, enabling quick retrieval of critical information.
Document scanning specialist Christal VS is offering a service whereby customers pass over paper files that are then scanned and copied onto a DVD which can hold 150,000 documents.
Christal will collect the files, agree indexing requirements and then, by agreement, destroy all paper documents after return of the converted media.
