No jacket required ; ; ;No jacket required: There were those who said it would never happen. Christopher Tite and Mark Lewis, of the eponymous law firm associated with accountants Ernst & Young, would never appoint a partner who had not, at some point, been with them when they were partners at City firm Stephenson Harwood. Obiter has, on more than one occasion, had cause to refer to their curious recruitment record; so, to stop the jokes coming, they have just brought in Tamara Box from US firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, whose CV is SH-free. So pleased were Messrs Tite and Lewis with the news that the cover sheet indicated they had also sent it to the Daily Mail and, erm, News of the World. As the accompanying photograph showed Ms Box wearing a relatively revealing jacket but otherwise fully clothed, we timidly suggested that Ms Boxs new job while most exciting may not be quite the News of the Worlds thing. Mr Tite explained: We thought the NoW needed livening up a bit. ; ; ;
