Paul Verney Robertshaw practising as Paul Robertshaw

On 26 June 2002, the panel intervened in the practice of the above-named solicitor, who practised at 78 Newlands Drive, Halifax HX3 7JA.

Victoria Davey of Nelson & Co of St Andrews House, St Andrews Street, Leeds LS1 1LF, tel: 0113 227 0100, has been appointed to act as the Law Society's agent.

Farooq Zoi

On 13 June 2002, the professional regulation adjudication panel of the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors resolved to intervene in the practice of the above-named solicitor, who practised at 94 Keppel Road, East Ham, London E6 2BE, under the firm name Zoi & Co and Lancaster Bailey.

Charles Metherell of Bevan Ashford of 1 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1LF, tel: 0207 421 4400, has been appointed to act as the Law Society's agent, and he took possession of all practice papers on 17 June 2002.

Mr Zoi has decided to contest the intervention and is being represented by Irwin Mitchell.

Pursuant to the intervention Mr Zoi's practising certificate has been suspended.
