INTERVENTION AND ORDERS

On 7 January 2003, the Law Society intervened in the practice of the above-named solicitor, who practised at 760 High Road, London N12 9QH and 3 Claridge Court, Lower Kings Road, Berkhamsted, Herts.

Solicitor's clerks

With effect from 28 days from notification to the respondent, an adjudicator (acting under delegated powers from the Law Society) on 27 May 2002 ordered that no solicitor should employ or remunerate the following person in connection with practice as a solicitor, except in accordance with the written permission of the Law Society for such period and subject to such conditions as might be specified in the permission (section 43(2) of the Solicitors Act 1974):

Carlos Anjosof 92 Camelot House, Camden Park Road, London NW1 (application 17665-2000/NJ/FP).

With effect from the date noted, an adjudicator (acting under delegated powers from the Law Society) has ordered that no solicitor should employ or remunerate the following person in connection with practice as a solicitor, except in accordance with the written permission of the Law Society for such period and subject to such conditions as might be specified in the permission (section 43(2) Solicitors Act 1974):
