Piste as a lawyer

Another winter of discontent for Exeter firm Stones, whose annual lawyers and clients ski trip to Courchevel in the French Alps again failed to produce any personal injury instructions.

Nonetheless, we are assured that a good time was had by all 22 participants, even the client who won the 'most amusing incident' award at the end of the four-day trip, after being the victim of a bar prank which saw him, with eyes closed, behaving like something of a loon while everyone else sneaked off.

Wisely, the perpetrator was not a Stones lawyer, but a fellow client, and there is some encouragement to be had from the fact that he is clearly so gullible.

Pictured is the Dream Team, the members of the party who could ski well.
