Pitched for dancing success

The English cricket team's faltering performance in the one-day series in Australia has been marked by a series of innings-destroying run-outs, leaving us to assume that they were not in attendance at an Indian theme night at The Oval in south London shortly before the tour started.

Otherwise they would have enjoyed a superb display of how to be light on your feet from Sushma Gobindram (below), Obiter's own dancing solicitor and a professional south Indian classical dancer in her spare time.

Ms Gobindram, a corporate immigration solicitor at London firm Landau Zeffertt Dresden, has already performed at the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Conference Centre, as well as being featured on TV, but perhaps the next step in her impressive career should be as a cricket coach.
