Derbyshire lawyer Anne Weaver (pictured centre) is in danger of giving the profession a good name by completing in 12 hours something she was given 24 hours to do.
Ms Weaver, a partner with Flint Bishop & Barnett, took part in Macmillan Cancer Relief's longest day challenge, which involved playing 72 holes of golf and walking 15 miles in 24 hours.
Ms Weaver - who plays off a handicap of 14 - raised more than 1,700 with fellow golfers from Ashbourne Golf Club, Margaret Cumming, (left) and Alison Westerman.
