Having now had an opportunity to see energy performance certificates and the 'cost effective measures to improve' and the 'further measures to achieve even higher standards', how long do colleagues think it will be until it becomes unlawful to sell your house unless those recommendations have been carried out and paid for, probably to the tune of tens of thousands of pounds in some cases?
