We all work in an environment where client care is king. We are all very conscious of the need to deal with enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
I recently contacted the Solicitors Regulation Authority with a simple enquiry. I was met with a response by email: 'Our service level for responding to emails and correspondence is ten working days.' I wonder how our clients would feel if we adopted the same practice.
