Solicitors get shirty with kit boost
There is nothing like a picture of happy children to tug at the heart-strings and make you feel good about those bringing such joy to their lives.
So a big hand for Leamington Spa-based Alsters, which stepped in when Nuneaton's Milby Primary School faced an ITV Digital-like cash crisis and could not afford new kit.
The son of a secretary sounded the alarm and before you could say 'how much?', the kids were kitted out and partner Michael Hall (left) was on hand to make the presentation to PE coordinator Kevin Shakespeare.
Sadly, there has yet to be a happy ending, as the team has lost its first two games in the new kit - let's hope Alsters did not take this on as a totally commercial proposition and that there's no performance-related element to the sponsorship.
