Taylor Woodrow sends in-house team to private practice ; ;London firm Cambell Hooper has picked up Taylor Woodrow Constructions in-house litigation team and scooped its legal work as well.

;FTSE 100 property developer Taylor Woodrow has been searching for a new home for its litigators since a review earlier this year implementing a strategic decision to focus on international expansion.

;As part of a UK-wide belt tightening exercise, Taylor Woodrow Property cut a deal with CMS Cameron McKenna in June to take the in-house commercial real estate department.

;Taylor Woodrow also decided to outsource its litigation to Campbell Hooper, which advised Carillion in the Nottingham Light Rapid Transport private finance initiative (PFI) and acted for commercial developer GMVL on the Greenwich Millennium Village development.

;Campbell Hooper has added partner Philip Barnes and fee-earners Richard Baker and Steven Henson to its three-partner construction department.

They joined this week.

;Campbell Hooper practice director Jeremy Dutton said the firm has further plans to expand its construction department in the near future.
