The science of good PR

It is not often, if we are going to be honest, that law firms lead the way when it comes to being trendy.

So it is hats off to London media firm Schillings (surely the only firm trendy enough to have a copyright symbol after its name) for beating a path that no less a figure in popular culture than Damian Hirst seeks to follow.

We have received this card (below) sent out by Mr Hirst's company, Science, with the great man centre stage, to mark a change of offices.

It bears what can only be described as more than a passing resemblance to the sexy line-up of Schillings lawyers used in the firm's brochure, down to the pouting blonde (in the case of Schillings, the Gazette's own media law columnist, Amber Melville-Brown).

However, Ms Melville-Brown says she is relaxed about the similarity (we didn't ask about the pouting reference).

Nevertheless, with Science and Damian Hirst being clients, perhaps they were inspired while hanging around the firm's reception.
