City firm CMS Cameron McKenna has adopted Winscribe's SRC digital dictation package in its London and Bristol offices following a trial with 100 employees in its real estate department team.

DWF has also updated its dictation system in its Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington offices, opting for BigHand's digital software following a pilot of 55 users. More than 400 staff will now use the package.


Pracctice has clinched five new contracts on the case management side, selling its Osprey.TM solution to London firms Agnes Crompton Roberts, Traymans and Georgiou Nicholas as well as Manchester-based Robert Meaton and Leicester firm Sumal Creasy.


Oldham-based Gruber Garratt has adopted Pericom's case management system after it moved to new offices and replaced its hardware.


Birmingham firm Cromwells has chosen Axxia Systems for a substantial IT upgrade.


As well as its Windows practice management system, Axxia will roll out its Desktop and Case Manager systems to the firm's 45 staff.


Betesh Fox has bought Laserform HRnet, the software system aimed at monitoring personnel developments. It logs holidays, sick leave and other absences, as well as training for the firm's 90 Manchester-based staff, and allows employees to view and update their own records.


Suffolk-based Norton Peskett has opted for Invu's document storage facility after its 100 staff experienced difficulties in retrieving archived computerised files across its seven offices in East Anglia.


New personal injury firm Johnson Yates has opted for Visualfiles' PI system. The initial system consists of a 25-user Visualfiles system integrated with SOS's Practice Manager.
