Just four weeks to go. More than 1,000 teams and 10,000 walkers have already signed up for the 2026 London Legal Walk on 9 June. Organiser London Legal Support Trust says that its first £100,000 has been raised to support advice agencies helping people facing homelessness, debt, domestic abuse, immigration issues, and other life-changing legal problems.
To bring the walk’s impact to life this year, LLST has reintroduced the London Legal Walk audio sound bites – short recordings designed to be listened to at each kilometre of the 10k course. They include a welcome from lady chief justice alongside powerful case studies from free legal advice charities on the frontline.
Needless to say, the Gazette will be there: look out for our T-shirts around the walk – and at the Carey Street party afterwards.
