John Hull joins the City office of US firm Latham & Watkins from Richards Butler to head the litigation practice in London.

Three new assistant solicitors at City firm Kingsley Napley: Bethan Owen (property and planning) joins from Teacher Stern Selby, Louise Whiteside (clinical negligence and personal injury) from Evill & Coleman, and Lucy Thomas (divorce and family breakdown) from Hughes Fowler Carruthers.
London firm Howard Kennedy has recruited Howard Lewis-Nunn from City firm Berwin Leighton Paisner as a senior associate in its employment department. The firm also has two new assistants: Susanne Cheung joins the property department from Devonshires, and Michelle Liu, previously at Davenport Lyons, joins the company and commercial team.
