The spring promotion round has begun in earnest in the City with Field Fisher Waterhouse promoting six from 1 April: David Bond (intellectual property), Darren Olivier and Rachel Tan (trade marks), and Rob Shooter, Marcus Turle and Eduardo Ustaran (technology). Jeremy Miles has been recruited to join the media and communications group from Lion Television, where he was director of legal and business affairs. The firm now has 95 partners.
