Suffolk-based Prettys has overhauled its management structure, with shipping partner Paul Dickie becoming chief executive and head of employment services, while Matthew Cole is appointed chief operational officer.


Litigator Ali Siddique has been appointed managing partner of Clarksons in Halifax. Jonathan Dixon becomes senior partner in place of Michael Steele, who is retiring.
