Salisbury-based private client and charity law firm Wilsons promotes Michael Parker (head of litigation), Alison McKenna (head of charities), Adam Herbert (private client) and Tim Clayden (head of residential conveyancing) to equity partners, taking its total to 30. In addition, Peter Bourke and Andrew O’Keeffe in the litigation team are promoted to salaried partners.
Midlands law firm Nelsons promotes Adam Youatt (property development), Scott Farnsworth (intellectual property) and Ed Wright (commercial contract). This brings its partner total to 18.

Milo Turner and Peter Jordan join Challinors’ West Bromwich office as consultants to the firm’s criminal team, after 20 years running their own practice, Jordan Turner.
Philip Lloyd-Williams is to leave Tamworth Borough Council in July to become director of corporate governance and monitoring with Cannock Chase District Council.
