Now you're obfuscating.

As I think you know perfectly well, German law defines 'inciting hatred' as (amongst other things) denying the Holocaust.

That definition, however, does not change reality. Criminalising people for inciting personal violence (as English law reasonably does) is fundamentally different to criminalising people for expressing 'wrong ideas'. Which is what has happened here.
