Thing is Ian, as someone who regularly gets into bust ups with defendants about Part 18s, I can tell from the arguments that our erstwhile LiP has completely misunderstood Part 18 and it looks like the other party is doing exactly what the rules say they can do.

A little bit of knowledge is very dangerous as they say.
