This is not controversial and pleased to see HMG is able to get this right - we DO want to co-operate with EU member states but we DO NOT want EU law to override UK law in the UK. Repeal of the ECA 1972 is the key and following EU law only where it suits us on a free-to-opt-out basis.

Out of the single market please and out of the customs union. We want to resume our own seat on the WTO Council. Its not rocket science.
