Unbelievable..!

It's as if he's been living on Mars for the last 30 years.

He's supposed to be the UK's Senior Judge, yet he can't fathom that with all the changes brought in by Woolf and Jackson, litigation is now immeasurably more complicated, bureaucratic and thus expensive than it was pre-Woolf.

You would have thought that these Judges would realise that the Law of Unintended Consequences applies to all their ham-fisted tinkering with the litigation system...
