Not going to be a great loss to the world.

Amazes me there are still funders willing to fund these types of claim given that most will never make it to court and likely lead to no win and still buying the CMC and (mainly) ABS firms spiel of the next big thing they simply must back.

Hopefully more that go the more careful lenders will be in the future. But I guess it easy when using someone else money and can show profit (and take dividends no doubt) for a number of years before its all washed away as an illusion.
