I'm supportive of rounded analysis and not being overly critical of individuals even giving an explanation for their conduct which is glided over rather too kindly here (according to the judgment). What is wrong though is, "It is easy to condemn such practices (and clearly they should be condemned) but perhaps harder to acknowledge that the wider profession is partly responsible for young lawyers using AI without properly considering the consequences." Pretty much all the practitioner commentary has majored on this sort of line and has not in any way condemned.
