It's about time this credit hire racket was stopped in its tracks. Successive Governments have put the blame for higher insurance claims at the door of solicitors and injured individuals, whereas what most of us have known for some time is that the offer of a brand new car at £400 per week whilst cars are 'being repaired' for months on end is the single item that is causing claims to skyrocket.
