As for Anon crusader at 12:49 passim - what is the matter ? No charge....the 'service' as you term it is not effective for either party (more a disservice all round) - it clearly offers a 'route', its just a bumpy one with diversions and accidents along the way. The legal profession lives with the rules as much as you do; suggest you complain to LeO IF you feel there are unfair limitations noting that lawyers are not allowed to be LeO...... perhaps lawyers can help ? 'Justice is blind ' - you fail to address how lawyers are treated in all this (and its 'clients' not 'consumers' please).You validly point out that in the thousands of complaints , very few are sufficiently meritorious ( as 1:36pm points out). And you fail to mention the absurd , the mischievous and the flawed 'complaints'.

Its a fact that clients 'forget' all the info or never read it - some sympathy there due to the vast amount of 'your rights etc' info we are forced to send , update and maintain.

As for some of your other comments, they are simply vacuous or plain wrong.
