I refer to your comment on the Lucy Connolly case, where Connolly was imprisoned after pleading guilty to incitement to violence following her call for a pogrom against brown-skinned immigrants. This was the day after Black youth had killed three young schoolgirls last summer. Serious rioting and unrest had erupted across the country due to speculation about what had occurred and who was responsible for those murders. It was possible that this could escalate into mass disorder due to the disinformation being spread by many politicians for their personal nefarious purposes.

Connolly's vile comments were utterly disgraceful. She pleaded guilty to the events in question at the time, having received legal advice, and the judge delivered a carefully considered sentence, which was upheld upon appeal by the CA.

But, of course, you know better, don't you?
