Market lead claims putting words in the mouths of unmeritorious claimants pursuing claims that lack merit . we saw it with RTA work and that crashed , we saw it with holiday food poisoning and that crashed sadly leaving those people who need help without access to justice. The writing is on the wall is it not ?
It is just ridiculous that the end result will mean that shabby housing associations and councils will get away with renting out sub standard accommodation unfit for human habitation.
