Admit liability early.
Stop paying the solicitors who represent NHS the very heavy fees they charge to defend the indefensible.
Stop medics from trying to cover up their mistakes and instead encourage them to come clean instead of worrying about their reputation and ego.
Put these things in place and save millions overnight.
However,it is far easier to just blame the victims of negligence and their lawyers so they will do that instead.
