Those who work in the front-line facing challenging working conditions over long hours should be given a reduced standard of care eg doctors, nurses, firefighters and police. It will never be allowed to happen sadly.
The hearing of negligence claims can fail to reproduce the actual circumstances in which these saviours operate - which can be a major factor in what took place and why.
I am not saying they should be blame free - far from it.
